Working principle and core technology

‌Electro-hydraulic servo control technology‌: The equipment consists of an electronic signal processing device and a hydraulic power mechanism to form a feedback control system. It integrates the advantages of electrical and hydraulic technologies and adopts a dual servo pump control system.

Closed-loop control system: A closed-loop control is achieved through the combination of electro-hydraulic servo valve and grating ruler. The numerical control system, hydraulic control valve group, and grating ruler together form a feedback loop. The repeatability positioning accuracy of the slider can reach ±0.01mm, with the maximum accuracy being 0.005mm.

Synchronous control design: Both main oil cylinders are controlled synchronously. The computer uses two sets of servo bidirectional pump systems to separately control the flow and pressure of Y1 and Y2 oil cylinders. When there is an error, the numerical control system adjusts through the proportional valve to ensure that the travel of the slider on both sides is synchronized.

‌Load Capacity Selection‌: Choose the model based on the length and thickness of the processed workpiece. For small-sized workpieces, 70-80 tons can be selected. For large-scale workpieces, a capacity of 100 tons or more is recommended. The specific length of the workpiece is one of the most important reference data for purchase.

Numerical Control System: Supports models from Dutch DELEM, Italian ESA, Swiss CYBELEC, etc. It features automatic selection, program calculation, and robot bending functions. Some systems also support 2D/3D graphic programming.
